Thomas Olson Executive Vice President & Cofounder

Mr. Olson is an experienced real estate development professional who received his BA from the University of Southern California. As Vice President of Project Development for Standard Pacific Corp, he managed all aspects of land planning, architectural design, federal, state and local entitlements as well as land development for master plan communities throughout California.  Prior to his role with Standard Pacific he was with Thousand Oaks Land and Development, a regional commercial real estate developer.
