Christa Bailey has over 13 years experience in estimating and handles all aspects of the bidding process, from scopes of work to qualifying subcontractors. She also manages all RFI’s during the bid process. Ms. Bailey is also responsible for handling all material submittals to client and or owner’s representative. Ms. Bailey is instrumental in supporting our superintendents in the field as is relates subcontractor contracts.
