Our Story & Roots
Resolute Contractors was founded in 2011 by Tony Formica and Thom Olson. Tony, with his extensive construction operations background, served as the primary leader focused on project execution and delivery. Thom drove new business development and client relationships, playing a key role in the company's growth. Thom's vision and contributions remain an important part of Resolute's foundation and culture today. Tony Formica continues to serve as President, leading the company with a commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term partnerships. Headquartered in San Clemente, California, we are a full-service commercial general contractor serving Southern California. The name "Resolute" reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering quality construction, on schedule, and at a fair and reasonable price.
